The Remington, located in downtown Fort Collins, provides affordable housing for seniors. In collaboration with LOV Designs, Salt Design provided the furniture and custom art piece coordination for this remodel transformation. Once dark and dated, the remodel provides a wonderful open community space, flexible to provide lots of opportunities for the tenants to enjoy a movie or game nights to casual lounge and socializing.
