Otter Shop

OtterBox, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, decided to open its first and only retail experience in the heart of downtown. Named the Otter Shop, this space presents a rich, interactive experience to provide customers a brand and product experience. The space was designed to excite through immersive experiences, inform using demonstrations and practical cases, the ability to play with the products, and to connect OtterBox with the customer’s lifestyle. Even after hours, a custom case display that was designed and built by the design team, showcases projected images for a dynamic display. The kit of part ‘boxes’ allows Otter Shop staff to quickly reconfigure and update displays or transform into event spaces for unique programs or celebrations. The Otter Shop logos used on store t-shirts, glassware, and bags, were also created by the design team for an overall brand integration.
