It is always a wonderful opportunity to provide design services for our construction partners. This tenant infill for Fransen Pittman General Contractors provided office space for the Northern Colorado team. This building, formerly a sports bar, was transformed taking advantage of the original brick and wood roof systems while providing a new industrial feel and collaborative working space for the team.
